Once you submit a rate-check request through Above Lending, our matching system connects you with lender offers within minutes. If you accepted an offer from a specific lender, all follow-up communication happens directly with that lender. Above Lending does not hold application files after the match is made.

Will contacting support affect my credit score?

No. Submitting a support inquiry or contacting us has no effect on your FICO score. Rate-checking through the Above Lending platform uses a soft credit pull only, which is never reported to credit bureaus as a hard inquiry.

I never received my funds — who should I contact?

Above Lending is a matching platform, not a direct lender. If you accepted a loan offer, all funding, disbursement, and account questions should be directed to the lender whose offer you accepted. The lender's contact information is included in your loan agreement documents.
